periegesis...Except I twisted an ankle yesterday. Today, I wouldn't have. I'll probably be able to work tomorrow--it's not swollen or bruising, it just hurts, so it's probably wrenched muscles. I'm just glad I'm not bleeding out of anything and my hips are okay.
